My practice of photography spans more than 25 years.  I first discovered a passion for it while serving in the U.S. Air Force.  At that time I attended classes in black and white photography and developing techniques while stationed in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

Over the years I've used standard 35 mm cameras with black and white, color, and slide film.  With the vast improvements in digital technology I now exclusively use that format.  Currently I use Canon 30D and Rebel XT 8.2 mega pixel cameras along with Canon professional lenses.

On a more personal note, I have been happily married for more than 26 years to the most wonderful woman God put on this earth.  We have two outstanding sons of whom we are very proud.  The eldest is a trained professional chef and his brother is serving in the U.S. Marine Corps.
